Processing Times
- Standard items are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
- Tie-dye and embroidery items may take 14–21 business days to complete, though they are often finished sooner.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping
- Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
- At this time, we only ship within the United States.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please review our sizing guide carefully before ordering.
We will happily replace or refund items that are:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Defective in production
- Incorrect due to an error on our part
To request a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Cancellations
We begin working on orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that time, we may not be able to make adjustments.
