Processing Times
Standard items are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
Tie-dye and embroidery items may take 14–21 business days to complete, though they’re often finished sooner.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. WORN! is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please review our sizing guide carefully before ordering.
We will gladly replace or refund items that are damaged upon arrival, defective in production, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or defective item, please contact us at yourthoughtsworn@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.
Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to keep turnaround times short.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that time, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
